Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Carefully repackage the skylight in its original protective timber crate or box, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included.

Arrange Collection

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized fragile-freight courier to collect the item from your property at a scheduled time.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damages, we will process your full refund—minus any applicable restocking fees—to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
